Day 1 - push up challenge
I made it through the sets ok. Maxed at 15.
100 Push Up Challenge.
I am going to log my results to the 100 Push Up Challenge here. I am hoping that it will inspire me to keep up with it and make me want to improve as to not embarrass myself with poor fitness results.
The program calls for 3 work outs a week, I did my intial test today so my next report will be on Wed. Wish me luck.
Initial test results: 25 push ups.

Have you ever woke up from a dream mad at someone for something they did in the dream? You reason with yourself and get past it to only have that feeling creep up on you again later? Well that happened to me today. So if I see you and say something to indicate that I am mad at you, maybe ask me if your trespass was in a dream.
Jay Smooth lives miles and miles away, but somehow always seems to be sitting in my head or conversating with me. I think alot of us will agree here.

Ok, so I am finally done with the month long super adventure. I had more fun then a person should be allowed to have while working. This was the first time for me to spend time on both coasts in less then one week. It was nice to play jet setter for a while. But to be honest, I hate flying.
